Ab dem 24. Mai 2021 müssen alle Gäste, die nach Italien einreisen möchten, den dPLF ausfüllen, bevor sie das Staatsgebiet betreten, indem sie die folgenden Anweisungen befolgen:

1. Stellen Sie eine Verbindung zur Website her: https://app.euplf.eu/ #/

2. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen, um auf den dPLF zuzugreifen

3. Wählen Sie "Italien" als Zielland

4. Registrieren Sie sich auf der Website, indem Sie ein persönliches Konto mit Benutzername und Passwort erstellen (Sie müssen dies nur beim ersten Mal tun).

5. Bestätigen Sie das Konto über den Link, der an der angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse eingegangen ist (Sie müssen dies nur beim ersten Mal tun).

6. Füllen Sie den dPLF aus und senden Sie ihn gemäß den Anweisungen

Nach dem Absenden des Formulars erhält die Gäste die dPLF im PDF-Format und den QR-Code an der bei der Registrierung angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse, die er beim Einsteigen direkt von seinem Smartphone (in digitaler Form) anzeigen muss. Alternativ kann der Passagier eine Kopie des dPLF ausdrucken, um sie beim Einsteigen anzuzeigen.

Für jeden erwachsenen Gäste mussen ein Formular ausgefüllt werden. Bei Anwesenheit von Minderjährigen kann letzteres in der begleitenden Erwachsenenform registriert werden. Bei unbegleiteten Minderjährigen muss der dPLF vor der Abreise vom Erziehungsberechtigten ausgefüllt werden.

In Ausnahmefällen, d. H. Ausschließlich bei technologischen Hindernissen, kann das Papierformular ausgefüllt werden: Laden Sie die ITALIANA Version herunter - TEDESCO Version

Es ist zu beachten, dass die Selbsterklärung gegenüber der Grenzpolizei immer auf Papier vorgelegt werden muss.

ZUSÄTZLICHE ERFÜLLUNGEN:

Zusätzlich zum digitalen Lokalisierungsmodul (dPLF) alle Personen, die in den vierzehn Tagen vor der Einreise nach Italien in einem oder mehreren in Liste C * genannten Staaten und Gebieten (Länder der Europäischen Union, Norwegen, Liechtenstein, Island) geblieben sind oder diese durchlaufen haben , Schweiz, Andorra, Fürstentum Monaco sowie Israel und das Vereinigte Königreich) müssen sie nach ihrer Rückkehr nach Italien:

Dem Beförderer oder dem für die Kontrolle Verantwortlichen eine Bescheinigung vorlegen, aus der hervorgeht, dass er in den letzten 48 Stunden einen schnellen oder molekularen Antigentest mit negativen Ergebnissen durchlaufen hat: Diese Verpflichtung gilt - bis heute - für alle Probanden, einschließlich geimpfter Personen und / oder heilen.

INFO COVID 19
Starting from May 24th 2021, all passengers wishing to enter Italy, will be required to fill in the dPLF before entering the national territory by following the instructions below:

1. connect to the site: https://app.euplf.eu/ #/
2. follow the -procedura guidata per accedere al dPLF-
3. choose "Italy" as the destination country
4. register on the site by creating a personal account with username and password (you need to do it only the first time)
5. confirm the account via the link arrived at the email address indicated (it is necessary to do this only the first time)
6. fill in and send the dPLF following the guided procedure

Once the form has been sent, the passenger will receive the dPLF in pdf format and QRcode at the e-mail address indicated during the registration, which he has to show directly from his smartphone (in digital format) upon boarding. Alternatively, the passenger can print a copy of the dPLF to show at boarding.

A form must be completed for each adult passenger; in the event of the presence of minors, the latter can be registered in the accompanying adult form. In the case of unaccompanied minors, the dPLF must be completed by the guardian before departure.

In exceptional cases, i.e. exclusively in the event of technological impediments, it will be possible to fill in the paper form: download the ITALIANA version - TEDESCO version

It should be noted that the self-declaration made to the Border Police must always be shown on paper.

ADDITIONAL FULFILLMENTS:

In addition to the digital localization module (dPLF), all those who have stayed or passed through in the fourteen days prior in entering Italy in one or more states and territories referred to in List C * (European Union countries, Norway, Liechtenstein , Iceland, Switzerland, Andorra, Principality of Monaco, as well as Israel and the United Kingdom), upon returning to Italy they must:

present to the carrier or to whoever is in charge of controls a certification showing that they have undergone, in the previous 48 hours, a rapid or molecular antigen test with negative results: this obligation - to date - applies to all subjects, including vaccinated persons and / or heal.

A partire dal 24 maggio 2021, a tutti i passeggeri che vorranno fare ingresso in Italia, sarà richiesto di compilare il dPLF prima del proprio ingresso sul territorio nazionale seguendo le istruzioni di seguito riportate:
1. collegarsi al sito: https://app.euplf.eu/ #/
2. seguire la - procedura guidata per accedere al dPLF -
3. scegliere Italia come Paese di destinazione
4. registrarsi al sito creando un account personale con user e password (è necessario farlo solo la prima volta)
5. confermare l'account tramite il link arrivato all'indirizzo email indicato (è necessario farlo solo la prima volta)
6. compilare ed inviare il dPLF seguendo la procedura guidata

Una volta inviato il modulo, il passeggero riceverà all'indirizzo e-mail indicato in fase di registrazione, il dPLF in formato pdf e QRcode che dovrà mostrare direttamente dal suo smartphone (in formato digitale) al momento dell'imbarco. In alternativa, il passeggero potrà stampare una copia del dPLF da mostrare all'imbarco.

È necessario compilare un modulo per ciascun passeggero adulto; in caso di presenza di minori quest'ultimi potranno essere registrati nel modulo dell'adulto accompagnatore. In caso di minori non accompagnati, il dPLF dovrà essere compilato dal tutore prima della partenza.

In casi eccezionali, ovvero esclusivamente in caso di impedimenti tecnologici, sarà possibile compilare il modulo cartaceo: scarica la versione ITALIANA - versione in TEDESCO

Si precisa che l'autodichiarazione resa alla Polizia di Frontiera dovrà sempre essere esibita in versione cartacea.

ULTERIORI ADEMPIMENTI:

Oltre al modulo di localizzazione digitale (dPLF), tutti coloro che hanno soggiornato o transitato nei quattordici giorni antecedenti all'ingresso in Italia in uno o più Stati e territori di cui all' Elenco C*
(Paesi dell'Unione Europea, Norvegia, Liechtenstein, Islanda, Svizzera, Andorra, Principato di Monaco, nonché Israele e Regno Unito), al rientro in Italia devono:

presentare al vettore o a chi sia addetto ai controlli una certificazione da cui risulti di essersi sottoposti, nelle 48 ore precedenti, a test antigenico rapido o molecolare con esito negativo: questo obbligo - ad oggi - vale per tutti i soggetti, anche persone vaccinate e/o guarite.
