Some homes are born from the desire to return. 🤍

Villa Silvia is one of them.

Born from a love for Sicily and the dream of creating a peaceful escape by the sea, this home was designed to bring family and loved ones together, surrounded by nature, the scent of citrus trees, and the warmth of the Sicilian sun.

Once a private family retreat, Villa Silvia now opens its doors to new guests, inviting them to slow down, reconnect, and create their own memories.

Because some places are more than just somewhere to stay. They are somewhere to feel at home.

Welcome to Villa Silvia. 🌿

Some places are made for holidays. Others are created from the need to feel on holiday, even if only for a little while.

Just ten minutes from Santo Stefano di Camastra, Boutique Villa was born as a private escape by the sea — a place to slow down, surrounded by pine trees, Mediterranean nature and the sound of the waves.🌊🌿

Created by a family deeply rooted in Sicily’s ceramic tradition, the villa brings together craftsmanship, travel and nature. Handcrafted ceramics, clay and volcanic stone meet tropical influences and shades of Mediterranean blue, creating a little hidden world that feels both Sicilian and far away.

A home designed to escape without really leaving.

It’s the details that tell the story of Boutique Villa.

Its owner comes from one of Santo Stefano di Camastra’s historic ceramic families. With summers spent between busy shops and workshops, she dreamed of a place where she could truly slow down. She found it by the sea, just ten minutes from town, surrounded by pine trees and the sound of the waves.

Today, the family’s ceramics sit alongside clay, lava stone and tropical touches inspired by her travels. Every detail brings a piece of her story into this little seaside retreat.

A place to disconnect, feel at home and discover the luxury of simplicity.
