Un salto nei sapori autentici della nostra terra! ✨

Nelle nostre serate speciali al B&B ci piace viziare i nostri ospiti con una vera e propria cena siciliana, fatta in casa con amore e ingredienti freschi. Ecco un piccolo assaggio dell’ultimo menù che abbiamo preparato:

🍆 Antipasto: Cotolette di melanzane saporite, zucchine grigliate nostrane e sfiziosità rustiche che sanno di casa.
🍝 Primo piatto: Pasta della tradizione, ricca di gusto e profumi mediterranei.
🍨 Pistacchio-mania: Per chiudere in bellezza, i nostri cannoli siciliani ripieni di ricotta fresca e granella di pistacchio.

During our special evenings at the B&B, we love to treat our guests to a genuine, homemade Sicilian dinner, made with love and local ingredients. Here is a little taste of our latest menu:

🍆 Appetizer: Flavorful eggplant cutlets, grilled local zucchini, and rustic treats that taste like home.
🍝 First Course: Traditional pasta bursting with Mediterranean aromas.
🍨 Pistachio Heaven: To wrap things up perfectly, our homemade Sicilian cannoli filled with fresh ricotta and crushed pistachios.

Our gentle giant Gina, just doing her thing. 🐾

She mostly sticks right by our side rather than wandering the guest areas, but our big girl is always ready to say a quick hello and soak up some love when you cross paths! 🐻❤️

La nostra gigantessa buona Gina, che fa semplicemente le sue cose. 🐾

Di solito preferisce stare proprio al nostro fianco anziché gironzolare nelle zone degli ospiti, ma la nostra orsacchiotta è sempre pronta a fare un breve saluto e a ricevere un sacco di coccole quando la incrociate! 🐻❤️
Ci si vede in giro per casa! ✨

Two months into the season and we’ve already hosted a couple of unforgettable pizza nights! 🍕✨
