Casa Elisa Cianciana - The Possibility of an Island
Have you ever dreamed about a romantic quiet place or about your personal art project that you can realize in peace? Or maybe you prefer a couple- or a family-vacation in Sicily? Or you are looking for a charming, cool house on hot days?
Casa Elisa in Cianciana makes it possible. A tasteful, charming 90-square-meter holiday home, built in the Sicilian style, with simple and modern furnishings, is located in an idyllic location. It is ideal for moderate and creative people, artists and families.
The space
The town house in Cianciana is old, but newly renovated. It´s light and not too hot inside. It is situated in a quiet area close to the town centre. The supermarket, some shops, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Guest access
Casa Elisa consists of 3 floors, including 2 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a dining room, a bathroom with a shower, a WC, a big balcony and 2 halls. There are sleeping places for 5 adults and 1 kid. A kitchen with new gas stove, coffee machine, fridge and microwave is available for cooking. In the spacious dining room up to 10 people can dine at a large table. The house is newly furnished with IKEA furniture, including 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed, each for 2 persons. As much as possible, but as little as necessary is available for your stay.
We have a big room on the upper floor, which is now used as a bedroom. If you wish you can use it as a meditation room for relaxation or potentially as an art studio. If you use the room as a creative space please keep the room clean – as it is forbidden to leave any traces or dirt on the coverings.
Other things to note
Our property manager Joe is bilingual: he speaks perfect English and Italian. Joe will answer your request in English as soon as possible. Joe's working hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Joe is hospitable, reliable, perfectly organized. Joe or his boss Alfonso can meet you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., guide you to the house and help you check-in. We try to help you whatever you need.
Arrival and check-in on Sunday is not possible. If you arrive on Sunday, please spend one night at the place of arrival and please arrive in Cianciana on Monday. Welcome!
There is a discount for 1+ weeks of stay. From 2+ weeks onward the discount is 50%.
