Luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Tuscan Maremma. Medieval Castle from XII century and 25 magnifi
(234)

Castel Porrona Relais is one of the finest examples of a medieval Tuscan village. Built around 1100, belonged from 1361 to 1894 to two important noble families from Siena: the Tolomei and Piccolomini. In 1894 it has been home of Peter Targes Emilio de Rochefort, an exponent of the high French nobility. Its location allows guests to easily reach various places of touristic, historical and cultural interest such as Siena, Florence, Montalcino, Saturnia, Argentario Coast, Punta Ala and Maremma's Natural Park. Castel Porrona, recently renovated to be opened Easter 2016, consists of 25 units between rooms, suites, apartments, a private castle for exclusive use, one restaurant, large common areas, a clubhouse, two bars, heated swimming pool and SPA.
