For Jacopo, Sunlake has always felt a little like home. Growing up surrounded by its people, stories, and values, becoming part of the team was a journey that came naturally.

His path began as a waiter and, step by step, led him to join our sales team. Alongside his professional experience, he holds a degree in Graphic Design, a background that taught him to approach every project with creativity, precision, and a strong attention to detail.

What he enjoys most about his role is connecting with people every day and the continuous challenge of finding the best solution for every need. For Jacopo, Sunlake is much more than a workplace: it is a place built on shared memories, challenges, achievements, and strong relationships.

Growing up surrounded by music and creativity, and inspired by years immersed in the world of hospitality and travelling, she developed a natural curiosity for people, cultures and stories. Those experiences taught her that every meaningful connection begins with listening

Today, as Marketing & Communication Manager at Sunlake, she combines creativity with strategic thinking to translate ideas into meaningful words, images and experiences. By listening, interpreting and understanding what a brand truly wants to communicate, she helps shape an identity that is authentic, consistent and memorable
