Born in Milan and raised among the landscapes of Brescia, he found his place behind the bar at a very young age. He learned the craft in silence: observing, repeating, refining. Glass after glass, he built a path defined by discipline, precision, and an uncompromising approach to quality

Everything changes when he encounters Sunlake during an event: almost by chance, he finds himself working as a barman at a wedding at Villa Erba. In just a few hours, an empty villa turns into an unforgettable experience. Precision, elegance, and a team moving like a perfect dance

It’s not just bread. It’s the first welcome at the table

Sunlake’s bread is made fresh every day with carefully selected flours, from classic white to wholegrain. The doughs are worked slowly, left to rest the right amount of time, and baked to achieve fragrant crusts golden or slightly darker depending on the type

Inside, the crumb changes but always stays alive: soft and airy in the classic bread, more compact and aromatic in the wholegrain. It’s made to truly accompany every dish, meant to be broken and shared, just as tradition dictates.
Because this is where everything begins, as it always has
