Modern Stylish Apartment with Amazing Lake Views. A unique and newly refurbished two bedroom apartment on the western side of Lake Como.

Apartment Luna is well appointed with a fully equipped and open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. There are indoor and outdoor dining facilities including BBQ. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a 24" wall-mounted TV, connected to Italian satellite. This living space opens onto a wide terrace with superb, panoramic lake views. The large, marble bathroom with rain shower is situated at the back of t

he property. All rooms are equipped with European electrical points and USB sockets. The apartment has a good WiFi connection. Both bedrooms have an abundance of natural day light. Each has a wardrobe and good storage capacity. The master bedroom sits at the back of the property, with a large double bed, a cosy reading corner and views of the lake. A second twin bedroom with large shuttered windows is suitable for adults and young children alike.

The local bakery, cafes, bars and restaurants are a short stroll (3mins) along and down ancient passageways and cobbled lanes. Access to the apartment is up a short flight of stairs; not suitable for wheelchairs. Parking is at a premium in Argegno; there are no allocated parking spaces for this apartment.
