What started as the dream of two Norwegians became reality – an old house by Lake Como transformed into three apartments.

We are a Norwegian couple who followed our dream of finding the perfect place to slow down and enjoy life. In 2023 we came across an old, abandoned house in the village of San Siro – untouched for 50 years,

but with the most breathtaking views. After a full renovation, this house is now Villa Volpe. Today it holds three beautiful apartments – and we’re happy to share that two of them are now ready for your holiday stay. Here you’ll wake up to stunning lake views, stroll down to the beach or a cozy restaurant, or set out on scenic trails right from the doorstep. Whether you’re a couple, family or friends, Villa Volpe is the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure – with all the charm of authentic Italian village life.
