What started as the dream of two Norwegians became reality – an old house by Lake Como transformed into three apartments.

Two are now ready for your holiday: lake views, beaches and restaurants nearby, and the charm of authentic Italian village life.💙 🌿 Welcome to Villa Volpe – our little paradise by Lake Como 🌿

We are a Norwegian couple who followed our dream of finding the perfect place to slow down and enjoy life. In 2023 we came across an old, abandoned house in the village of San Siro – untouched for 50 years,

but with the most breathtaking views. After a full renovation, this house is now Villa Volpe. Today it holds three beautiful apartments – and we’re happy to share that two of them are now ready for your holiday stay. Here you’ll wake up to stunning lake views, stroll down to the beach or a cozy restaurant, or set out on scenic trails right from the doorstep. Whether you’re a couple, family or friends, Villa Volpe is the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure – with all the charm of authentic Italian village life. We can’t wait to welcome you to Lake Como 💙

Menaggio is such a charming town — with cozy restaurants, cute little shops, and that relaxed Italian atmosphere we never get tired of 🇮🇹

It’s only a 10-minute drive from , or about 1.5 hours on foot if you feel like taking the scenic route along the lake ☀️

From here, you can also jump on the ferry and explore all the beautiful towns around Lake Como.
