🇮🇹Tutto iniziò circa un mese fa' quando questi nuovi amici ci contattano dal Canada per ve**re a trascorrere la loro vacanza in Sicilia in sella ad una bici, bene stamattina inizia la vacanza, e quale miglio modo se non un bel tour di Corleone? Iniziamo a girare il paese ed in ogni vicolo la loro esclamazione era solo una WOW!!! Continuando a girare ci trovavamo a passare davanti al nostro caseificio di fiducia e ho chiesto se piaceva loro il formaggio, quale poteva essere la risposta? SI!!!
Entriamo a vediamo se possiamo fare una veloce degustazione, bhe siamo arrivati al momento giusto, stavano preparando la ricotta.
Vi dico solo che sono rimasti estasiati!

🇬🇧 It all started about a month ago when these new friends contacted us from Canada to come spend their holiday in Sicily on a bike. Well, this morning, the holiday begins, and what better way than with a beautiful tour of Corleone? We started touring the town, and in every alleyway, their exclamation was simply WOW!!! As we continued to tour, we found ourselves passing by our trusted cheese factory, and I asked if they liked cheese. What would their answer be? YES!!!
We went in to see if we could do a quick tasting. Well, we arrived at the perfect time; they were making ricotta.
Let me just say they were ecstatic!
