At Osteria del Santo, a brace dressed in hand-worked copper holds a fire that never quite goes out.

Entrecote di manzo nazionale, seasoned with nothing but rosemary and heat, rests on the grate until it's ready.
No plating tricks. No reduction. Just fire, doing what it has always done.

Same values as Gli Affreschi, since 2025. Same care. A different kind of ceremony, one built around flame, not finesse.
