We do not serve exotic foreign specialities, Australian wines are not in our cellar and we have left the marble decor back in its Carrara home. August, you really know how to spoil us.

The days begin with balconies overflowing with flowers and a garden greener than ever, then slowly turn into evenings around the table at La Stüa de Michil.

We celebrated Santa Maria dal Ciüf, let the music carry us through the Bistrot and raised a classic Martini made with our signature gin.

And then, above it all, the enrosadira.
How could we possibly ask for more?

Bistrot Invites La Dolce Vita
On Wednesday, 19 August, the Bistrot forgets the rules and leans into La Dolce Vita.
Glasses clink, favourite songs get louder, dinner stretches a little longer and, at some point, someone starts dancing.
Come for the aperitivo. Stay for the food. Sing if you know the words. Dance if you feel like it. No dress code for the mood. Just good drinks, good music and an Italian summer night worth getting carried away by.
