Here at Convento Francescano, “Slow Down Sunday” was born as an invitation: a gentle reminder to step out of the daily rush and into something softer.

The experience unfolds through a guided yoga practice—held in our gardens or inside the quiet, ancient walls of the church. Here, movement and breath flow together, accompanied by healing sounds, creating a moment that feels both grounding and deeply restorative.

We brought this vision to life in collaboration with Studio Fisiolismo [] and Sonaura Healing []. We were immediately drawn to their expertise, sensitivity, and passion, but above all, to something we deeply share: a profound belief in this land.

And perhaps that is exactly what makes these sessions so meaningful. They aren’t just beautiful experiences; they are shaped by people who truly see the soul of Cilento, and know how to translate its magic into something genuine.

In a place that naturally invites you to pause, this is more than just a Sunday ritual.

It becomes a completely different way of being here.

A night to remember at the table.

Yesterday evening, The Wine Table welcomed Marchesi Frescobaldi for a truly beautiful chapter of this year’s journey through Italy and wine.

It was an honour to host one of the country’s most important wineries, and to spend the evening moving through the story of Tuscan wine — from Chianti to Brunello, and beyond.

A special thank you to Federico, who came directly from the winery, and to for their support in this year’s editions.
Thank you as well to AIS and all its members, and to everyone who joined us from Cilento, Campania, the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium, and England.
