It is in the formerly dedicated to the production:
the suite Scuderia, the suite Legnaia, Fienile, Dispensa,
the room Salata, Delle Mele, Dello Stallier

Each suite overlooks on one of the most beautiful courtyards
of the building or on the ancient garden of the city walls:
all have private entrances and heating. The suites are equipped with bathroom, living room, TV, fridge. some have a kitchenette or kitchen itself. to book:

di una piccola città medievale: Fermo,
antico centro piceno (IX sec. A.C.), in cima ad una collina,
con vista sulle montagne, a 7km dal mare. Il B&B
si trova all’interno di un palazzo del 1700, di 4.000 mq
È nella parte anticamente dedicata alle attività di produzione:
la scuderia, la legnaia, il fienile, la dispensa,
la camera della salata, delle mele, dello stalliere, S.Elena. Ogni suite si affaccia su uno dei cortili più belli
del palazzo o sull’antico orto tra le mura urbane:
tutte hanno ingresso indipendente e sono termoautonome. Le suites sono dotate di servizi, salotto, tv, frigo. alcune anche di angolo cucina, o cucina vera e propria. da prenotare:
Servizio biancheria, babysitting, taxi da aereoporto

CASE VACANZE: È possible anche l’affitto a settimana di due grandi case. L’alloggio è disponibile fino a 30 persone circa. Tutto è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2005.
