Da Rosita il mare si vede e si respira. Solo che, per raggiungerlo, bisogna fare due passi. 🌿🌊

Vicino all’hotel, un sentiero scende dalla collina verso la costa e, in circa 10 minuti di cammino, porta alla bellissima spiaggia di Capo San Donato.

È il percorso perfetto per chi ama alternare il relax del verde al piacere di una giornata al mare. Si cammina immersi nella natura e, passo dopo passo, il blu del mare si avvicina.

Rosita non è per chi cerca un hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia.
È per chi ama la tranquillità della collina, le passeggiate e la libertà di raggiungere il mare a piedi, quando ne ha voglia.

Qui è dove abbiamo iniziato la nostra vita insieme.

Era il nostro appartamento che, con il tempo, è diventato parte dell'Hotel Rosita. Quella che un tempo era casa nostra è oggi una camera che accoglie chi sceglie di trascorrere qui qualche giorno di relax.

Conserva la sua semplicità, un balcone affacciato sul mare e sul porto di Finale.
E pensare che quello che un tempo era il nostro primo nido, oggi è un luogo dove altre persone costruiscono i ricordi delle loro vacanze, è un'emozione che non smette mai di sorprenderci.

This is where our life together began.

It was once our home, and over the years it became part of Hotel Rosita. What used to be our apartment is now a room welcoming guests who choose to spend a few relaxing days with us.

It has kept its simple charm, with a balcony overlooking the sea and the harbour of Finale.
To think that what was once our very first home is now a place where others create memories of their holidays is something that still fills us with emotion.

Nuovi arrivi nella nostra cantina 🥂

Ogni anno, durante il nostro viaggio a Castelrotto, passiamo a trovare gli amici di Cantina Gump.
Un incontro che negli anni ci ha fatto scoprire vini capaci di raccontare un territorio e una filosofia.

Quest’anno siamo tornati a scegliere tre delle loro etichette: il profumato Gewürztraminer, il fresco Pinot Bianco e il Sauvignon, secco e intenso. Tre vini diversi tra loro, accomunati dalla capacità di accompagnare con eleganza i momenti di convivialità della nostra tavola.

Every year, during our trip to Castelrotto, we stop by to visit our friends at Cantina Gump.
Over the years, this connection has allowed us to discover wines that tell the story of a place and a philosophy.

This year, we have once again selected three of their wines: the aromatic Gewürztraminer, the fresh Pinot Bianco, and the Sauvignon, dry and intense. Three different wines, each with its own character, united by their ability to accompany moments of conviviality at our table with elegance.
