Centrally located in a residential neighborhood Il Bargellino is small, family owned and run by me, Carmel, American ex-pat originally from the North End, Boston and my Italian husband Pino. We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable and friendly environment for our guests. The hotel is located with in short walking distance to all major tourist sites, markets and the main station "Santa Maria

Novella". Rooms and hallways are furnished with antique and eclectic pieces and paintings. This charming hotel also boasts an enormous terrace for you to relax with a book or mingle with other guests and a bottle of excellent Tuscan Chianti, some bread, olives and cheese.
