"Sotto le 3 dita, è carpaccio!" 😂

One of our most famous saying in Florence, meaning a real STEAK needs to have at least a 3 fingers thickness to be called as such, otherwise is just a carpaccio 😉

And don't forget folks, when you have it, wether is classic or fried, you must order it rare!
Fancy a good one? Ask us, and we'll tell you our favourite places!

- DETAIL OBSESSION -

As icon of the italian culinary tradition, the rolling pin, or as we know it, the MATTARELLO, is an essential and timeless tool in our culture, synonym of fresh pasta, symbolizing home, family, tradition, but above all, nonnas...

We all have one in the kitchen drawer, don't we?

We know that you know! 😉

Cocktail NEGRONI was, as a matter of fact, invented in Florence by earl Camillo Negroni, who asked to his favourite bartender to give a twist to his usual Americano, adding some gin.

That café, known as Caffè Casoni, was then acquired by Caffè Giacosa, and true, not in the same spot anymore, but just a couple of doors down the road, it still serves the best Negroni in town.

The rest is history - fancy a drink?

-DETAIL OBSESSION-

The STOOL is no longer just a bar or a pub seat; over time, it has become a true design and décor element, adapting to different spaces and needs.
Used in the kitchen or around an island, it creates a modern and sociable atmosphere, perfect for a quick breakfast or an aperitif with friends.

Quite useful, isn't it?
