...Ideally located in a typical Florentine residential area 20mn walk from the historical centre, it is a three storey modern building that offers comfort and tranquillity.
The studio is on the ground floor and accommodates people. It is large (40mq) plus the garden, new, fully equipped; space is really well organized with the sleeping area completely separated and hidden by shelves; comfortable sofa-bed and nice bathroom with large shower as well.
Charges, Linen and towels final cleaning, security deposit are included. Security deposit not required.

The studio opens on a nice, large and peaceful courtyard (35mq) plenty of trees and plants with deckchairs and table for the sunny days or relaxing dinners. The courtyard is closed by a gate that makes you feel safe and at home.

gute Lage, recht ruhig, gut zu heizen (wir hatten in Florenz nur 6° und einen eisigen Wind), Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Läden um die Ecke, sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter, vertrauensvolle Gegend, nur ein Raum, aber alles, was man braucht, gepflegt und sauber

Logement très bien équipé, spacieux, au pied d’un arrêt de bus qui mène en 10mn au cœur de ville. Bernadette et Roberto sont adorables. À conseiller vivement.

Studio und Parkplatz waren wunderbar, die Innenstadt mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Roberto und Bernadette waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; hatten schon Stadtplan, Busverbindungen usw. vorbereitet! Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank den beiden!

My husband and I stayed here for a week after 2 being in other parts of Europe for 2 weeks. It was a nice change to be able to have our own space, fridge, courtyard! Going to the grocery store and making simple meals was a nice break! The location of this apartment is EXCELLENT! Could not have asked for a better location! Quiet, but very easy to get where ever you may need to get to. Bus right outside the gate! Florence is very easy to get around. Bernadette and Roberto speak very good English, and they were very helpful and welcoming! Bernadette picked us up at the train station, and took us back to the train when we left. The apartment is compact, as is Europe, but plenty of space for the 2 of us. We felt very safe. The selling point for us was the courtyard! We would sit outside at night after a busy day and enjoy a glass of wine and gourmet Italian snacks! We would highly recommend it and would stay again in a minute! The only negative was wifi was a bit spotty inside the apartment, but no issues in the courtyard! Very gracious, friendly and helpful hosts, who are always happy to answer questions. They leave an information package for you inside! Awesome, stay here if you can!

El estudio es tal como se ve en las fotos, es práctico, nuevo y está muy limpio. Además, está muy bien equipado y tiene todo lo necesario. La zona es tranquila, pero en cuanto andas 3 minutos ya se empieza a ver más gente. Los dueños fueron muy atentos y agradables. El autobus 6 para exactamente en la puerta (en ambas direcciones), pero nosotros siempre íbamos (y volvíamos) a la zona céntrica andando, ya que es un paseo agradable, con tiendas, restaurantes y bastante ambiente.

Un studio très agréable, propre, dans un quartier calme, où rien ne manque. On peut facilement visiter toute Florence à pieds (et même aller jusqu'à la gare pour les plus téméraires). A proximité, on trouve de petits restaurants, fréquentés par le vraies florentins. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques!

Lovely couple and comfortable well equipped property on the ground floor. The bus stop was right outside and buses generally ran frequently though we were caught out a couple of times when buses failed to turn up. From SMN station to the property by taxi was 10 minutes and €15 and from Plaza San Marco was 5 minutes and €10. We were given directions to walk along Via Gioberti into the historical centre which to Santa Croce took about 25-30 minutes passing some nice cafes for breakfast stops. Loved Florence!

Notre séjour a été au-delà de nos attentes.
La situation de la location est idéale pour effectuer les visites de Florence (arrêt de bus devant le portail) et de Toscane (Gare Santa Maria Novella accessible facilement et rapidement par le bus, et sortie d'autoroute assez proche). De plus Roberto nous explique de façon très complète le quartier.
La préparation du voyage a été aisée car Roberto est très disponible pour répondre à nos questions.
L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux.Bernadette et Roberto sont adorables. On a l'impression d'arriver dans notre famille.
Nous reprendrons contact bien volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, propre, agrémenté d'un petit jardin et possibilité de laisser la voiture.. Très bien situé à 25 mn à pied du centre historique.Arrêt de bus devant la maison: très pratique pour faire de très nombreuses visites dans la semaine. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants , discrets. Appartement à recommander.
