📢 AVVISO IMPORTANTE – BLACKOUT 1° LUGLIO

Ci scusiamo sinceramente con tutti i nostri ospiti per i disagi causati dal blackout verificatosi ieri, 1° luglio, nel centro di Firenze.

Il problema è stato dovuto a un guasto improvviso e rilevante sulla linea elettrica che attraversa il centro storico. La compagnia elettrica locale è intervenuta prontamente per il ripristino in emergenza, ma a causa dell’entità del danno, ci sono volute diverse ore prima che la situazione tornasse alla normalità.

Fortunatamente, l’elettricità è stata completamente ripristinata alle ore 23:00, prima della notte.

Ci teniamo a sottolineare che l’hotel è totalmente sollevato da ogni responsabilità per l’accaduto, trattandosi di un evento esterno e indipendente dalla nostra volontà. Il nostro staff ha fatto tutto il possibile per rassicurare i clienti e metterli a proprio agio, compatibilmente con le possibilità del momento.

Ringraziamo tutti per la comprensione e la pazienza dimostrata.

We sincerely apologize to all our guests for the inconvenience caused by the blackout that occurred yesterday, July 1st, in the center of Florence.

The issue was due to a sudden and significant fault on the power line serving the historic center. The local electricity company acted promptly to carry out emergency repairs, but due to the extent of the damage, it took several hours to fully restore the service.

Fortunately, electricity was completely restored by 11:00 PM, before the night.

We would like to clarify that the hotel bears no responsibility for the incident, as it was an external event beyond our control. Our staff did everything possible to reassure and support our guests, within the limits of the situation.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
