"Smile :D" indipendent studio it's a recently basement refurbished studio of about 25mq very close to the downtown. It can host 1 or 2 people (1 king size bed) and it's equipped with:
- a new modern bathroom (shower stall, wc, bidèt, ecc.)
- snack and breakfast facilities (kettle, microwave, small fridge, cutlery and cups)
- 1 double bed and a wardrobe (as you can see in the picture)
- flatscreen
digital TV full hd, free internet Wi-Fi and a radio.
- In addition I can provide 2 bicycles (1 for man, 1 for woman), the best way to visit and enjoy Florence at your leisure. It's situated at the doors of the historic city center; Santa Croce, one of the most important square of the city is at 8 minutes walking. You can get to the heart of Florence (Piazza Duomo) in 15 minutes on foot. walking) to the Syracuse University of Florence. The quiet and calm neighborood, not affected by the tourist caos, it is the ideal to sleep and rest in total relax. The main street at the corner (Via Gioberti) offers more than 100 "bottheghe" (shops), with restaurants, shop, market, bars and galleries. In Piazza Beccaria (200 mt from the room) you can find small busses that drives you directly into the city center and in the other parts of the city. You can easly park your car in the free parking of the area. I live in the same bulding, so I am at your disposition whenever you want and I can suggest you the best for yuor florentine holiday.
