Our Story

The location of this apartment is very favorable, as it is located in a typical Florentine neighborhood , where there are no tourists , but the tourist area and monumental area can easily be reached on foot in about 20 \ 25mn . or by bus n ° 6 that stops both the outward and return in front of the gate of the property ( 10 \ 20mn) In the evening you can walk quietly in the surrounding area there are no pubs or discotheques noisy or hazardous You can find these places, if you like , goin to the old center In Via Gioberti, 5mn walk from the property , you will find everything : bars, restaurants , pizzerias, pubs, frequented by the inhabitants of this street you will find much more : ice cream parlors, cafes, pharmacies, banks, all kinds of shops , supermarkets and large stores, in a nutshell, everything you need, I know I've gone to great lengths but the place deserves it, and , I strongly recommend this place to all visitors of Florence Ideally located in a typical Florentine residential area 20mn walk from historical center , it is a three storey smodern building that offers comfort and tranquillity in a mews. The studio is on the groundfloor and accomodates 2 people. It is large (40mq) plus the garden, new, fully equipped; the space is really well organized with the sleeping area completely separated and hidden by shelves ; confortable sofa-bed and nice bathroom with large shower as well. Free pc WIFI24h The studio opens on a nice , large and paecefullcountryard (35mq) plenty of trees and plants with deckchairs and table for the sunny days or relaxing dinners ; car can be parked there too ( extra if required € 10,00/day).
