Unfortunately, due to a landside at the villa near the pool, we will be closed for bookings until May 2025.

The entire bank needs to be stabilised and we will be rebuilding the pool area at the same time (Might as well!). If we can open sooner safely, we will update you as soon as possible.

I AM SO PROUD OF MY BIG SIS!!! This is the second book in her stories with heart series for kids. Lil Stevie ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT!!! Literally 4 times reading it last night alone!!!

If you have any kids, grandkids, friends with kids (2.5-7yr). This would make an AWESOME PREZZIE! (Thinking Christmas here). It's a great fun read with an inspiring message. I love it too.

The whole series is being added to Villa Marae Kids reads in the new library and kids corner.

= Tuscan Cooking Class & Experience Week 2024 =
Cooking course, wine tours, truffle hunt, boat ride, wine tastings, food heritage and more.

Who wants to learn to cook amazing Tuscan dishes… I DO! So, I am! Come join me!! Anyone who knows me know I LOVE Tuscany! Everything about it (though getting planning permissions can be trying ha!). I can cook! …. Just not that well according to local nonne and chefs :/

So me being me. I decided to GO BIG ON LEARNING TO COOK PROPERLY! Bringing in the best chefs to teach me, the nonna who moaned the most at my cooking and local restaurant owners who cook some of the best traditional Tuscan dishes I have EVER tried.

Now MY journey of cooking discovery can be YOUR journey of cooking discovery also! Come learn to cook with me!

However of course, again since this is me. Let’s make it a Tuscan trip to remember. So we’ll be doing:

- FOUR different cooking classes covering local dishes and Tuscan specialities.
- Tours of local cities including a look at the cuisine heritage of the area*
- A boat trip in Cinque Terre with a cooking course ocean-side
- Offsite cooking course at local restaurant by guest chef AND lunch with a stunning view!

- Mini courses with the chef. Simple pasta’s, breads, Cecina, desserts, pizza course. The chef just starts cooking and you’re welcome to join in and learn!

We have a new pool person now. And WOW IS HE GOOD!!! Sometimes I am quite jealous of our guests. I just want to be in this pool every day!
