This is another truly Tuscany luxury apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. This apartment is spread over two floors for circa 120 square meters and there is private parking with a secure automatic gate.
On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The ceiling is beams of chestnut which is the same material of the stairs to the second floor where we can find a large and comfortable bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is stylishly furnished; in the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed, a large crystal dining table, a cupboard and a TV.
The stonework kitchen is fully furnished and is equipped with a marble work surface and it is decorated by ancient and traditional tiles made of the finest ceramics from Vietri sul Mare.

La Merla Apartment

This is a truly Tuscan luxury apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen and one bathroom. This apartment has direct access to the square in front of Caniparola Arch and develops over two floors for around 120 square meters. There is a private parking secured by an automatic gate and a private garden of 200 square meters with a typical oak, fenced by laurel hedges.
On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen, the ceiling is beams of chestnut which is the same material as the stairs to the first floor.
La Merla apartment is furnished with a large and comfortable black leather sofa bed and a separate sofa, a crystal dining table, a cupboard and a TV.
The stonework kitchen is fully furnished and is equipped with a marble work surface and is decorated with ancient traditional tiles made from the finest ceramics from Vietri sul Mare.
The first floor ceiling is a circular vault. The floor boasts two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a bathtub and, again, is decorated by ancient traditional Vietri tiles.

Caniparola di Fosdinovo is in the heart of Lunigiana surrounded by beautiful villages, castles, old churches and abbeys. The area was under the stronghold of the Malaspina Marquis (local lords) for centuries stretching back to the Holy Roman Empire. The rule of these lords was documented in Dante’s poetry. It took Napoleon and his army to get the lords to loosen their grip over the region.
The landscape has been farmed by local farmers for centuries right up until the first half of 20th century. The farms used to be owned by the Malaspina Marquis and were characterised by traditional cottages and houses built out of stone. Another building which stands out is the remarkable Villa Malaspina built in 18th century. It still shines to this day with all its splendour, its traditional Italian Garden and the Arco di Caniparola bless the Villa with their inordinate beauty.
