All change at the Masseria for 2027. As from May next year, we will be renting the Masseria through Perle di Puglia. Today is the first day of shooting photos for our new listing which should go on line in the coming weeks.
Instead of 5 separate apartments we will now be renting out the whole building including the main Masseria. This means that we can accommodate groups of up to 26 people. In the Masseria there are 3 double bedrooms (ensuite), 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 children and then a large kitchen, sitting room and dining room (with a 5m long table for sharing meal times). Apartment 1 (Mela) has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. Apartment 2 (Fico) has 1 double bedroom / 1 twin room with a shared bathroom. Apartment 3 (Gelso) has 1 double bedroom / 1 twin room and 2 bathrooms. Apartment 4 (Limone) has 1 double bedroom / 1 triple room (3 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. Apartment 5 (Albicocca) has 1 double bedroom / 1 single room and 2 bathrooms. The five apartments also have their own kitchen, living area and dining table. Outside we have another dining area for a large group, 3 BBQs and of course our large 12x6m swimming pool with an attached paddling area for smaller guests.
Further updates will follow as we set up what was our private house for renting next year and as updates on our new listing become available.

Today's fun excursion. Dolphin spotting with . We saw the less common Risso's dolphins - the largest species in the dolphin family.

Very pleased with our new sunshades from - very quick delivery, super easy to install (and I think to take down before the winter and then reinstall for next year). The shade seems to be better than last year too - which is good because the temperature is beginning to soar.

The bamboo is up to provide shade by the swimming pool. Everything is ready for summer. We still have some availability for June and July if you are looking to have a few days relaxing by a pool or exploring the charms of Puglia. ☀️
