SPONZA PANE. A GESTURE BORN BY THE SEA.
At the Fiord of Furore, fishermen once lived in the monazeni, small houses set into the rock, following the rhythm of the sea.
Bread made to last accompanied their days. Before being eaten, it was softened with water through a simple gesture known as sponzare: bringing the bread back to life.
Today, Sponza Pane brings that memory back to the table. A story of fishermen, simplicity and traditions shaped by the sea.
