building protected by the Soprintendenza per i Beni Architettonici ed il Paesaggio, the Architectural Heritage and Landscape Superintendency. Spacious rooms overlook the gently rolling Chianti Classico hills; here past and present mingle as splendid 18th- and 19th-century wall decorations,
antique books and paintings, gilded coered ceilings, painted beams and period furniture encounter modern design objects
