Cari tutti , come forse sapete nei giorni 19-20-21 Gennaio 2026 la costa est della Sicilia è stata investita da un Ciclone ( Harry ) che ha causato diversi danni . La località di Giardini Naxos non è stata risparmiata dal ciclone , ma , a quasi 4 settimane dall’evento ci tenevamo a farvi sapere che per fortuna i danni sono stati decisamente minori e limitati rispetto ad altre località della costa Jonica e che tutto sta ritornando alla normalità.
Il famoso Lungomare di Giardini -Naxos , che si estende per quasi 4 chilometri , è salvo e i lavori di ripristino di alcune zone proseguono giornalmente.
La nostra Casa Vacanze non ha subito nessun tipo di danno e come ogni anno siamo pronti per una nuova stagione!

Dear all, as you may know on January 19, 20 , 21 2026, the east coast of Sicily was hit by a strom (Harry) causing significant coastal damage. The town of Giardini Naxos was hitted too, but, almost four weeks later we wanted to let you know that fortunately, the damage was significantly less and limited compared to other towns on the coast, and that everything is getting back to normal.
The famous Giardini Naxos promenade , which extends for almost four kilometers, IS SAFE, and restoration work in some areas continues daily.
Our Appartment did not suffer any damage, and like every year, we are ready for a new season!

Liebe Gäste, wie ihr vielleicht wisst, wurde die Ostküste Siziliens am 19., 20. und 21. Januar 2026 von einem Sturm (Harry) getroffen, der erhebliche Küstenschäden verursachte. Auch Giardini Naxos war betroffen, aber fast vier Wochen später möchten wir euch mitteilen, dass die Schäden glücklicherweise deutlich geringer und begrenzter waren als in anderen Küstenorten und sich alles wieder normalisiert. Die berühmte, fast vier Kilometer lange Promenade von Giardini Naxos ist sicher, und die Restaurierungsarbeiten werden in einigen Bereichen täglich fortgesetzt. Unsere Ferienwohnung wurde nicht beschädigt, und wie jedes Jahr sind wir bereit für die neue Saison!
