Our guests recently joined a traditional Sicilian cooking class, learning how to prepare fresh ricotta ravioli from scratch. From mixing the dough and rolling the pasta, to carefully filling each raviolo by hand, every step was a chance to experience Sicily in the most authentic way possible!
