August is completely booked out here. Once you see why, you'll understand exactly what everyone else already knows.

Named after the vibrant prickly pear cactus fruit that grows wild along Sicily's coastline, Fichi d'India captures everything magical about Gioiosa Marea: golden light, sea breeze, and views out tto the Med.

September is when this place truly shines as the summer heat softens. The sea stays warm, and the town settles into its most beautiful, unhurried rhythm.
