Yesterday was a special day at Za Teresa, where a wedding had not been celebrated since July 28, 1968 when my father asked for my mother's hand dancing under our centuries-old oak tree at Za Teresa.
Yesterday, right under the same oak tree, we had the honor of celebrating together the wedding of dear cousin Amy and her husband Clay.
It was a very moving and at the same time exciting day to have such a large group of Americans who came from so far away.
We also remembered for this special occasion my dear mother Raffaella and dear uncle Anthony Antonelli who recently passed away but who certainly participated with us from heaven.
A special thanks to Bonge' Catering for their great professionalism, Assunta for the enchanting floral decoration, the legendary orchestra of Nicolino Bassi, Confetture d'Alessandro, Arione spumanti, Macario Soft Drinks, Guido for pyrotechnic assistance and all the friends and relatives who made this event unforgettable.

Cold pressed organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil as tradition dictates. The fruits, the passion and the history of our hills. A tribute to 'Za Teresa' (Auntie Teresa) and all the efforts she made to raise us strong and healthy with her fantastic olive oil. All accompanied by our fantastic Appassimento of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Ettore Galasso's winery. Simply magic!
