ill provides flexible bedded accommodation for up to ten. The upstairs has three adjoining bedrooms. Two with double beds, and one with bunk bed and two single beds. There is also a private double bedroom on the ground floor. The bedding is flexible and can moved around to suit your requirements. There is a wood burner in the upstairs bedroom which keeps the rooms cosy in the Autumn and Winter nights. Recently renovated in a rustic style, the downstairs has a dining area and open plan kitchen, perfect for families or groups of up to ten people cooking and eating hearty breakfasts, ready to explore the Tuscan countryside. There is a bathroom with toilet upstairs plus a separate shower room with toilet downstairs – ready for those beach days and keeping the sand out of the house! The River Lanzo runs through the grounds, perfect for a splash or early morning dip. It also provide a great setting for outdoor dining and BBQs. The extensive gardens give excellent space for camping, with facilities tailored to the group size. Tented accommodation is provided for additional visitors to live an eco-friendly week. We live off-grid – our water is solar pumped from wells, our electricity supplied by solar panels, so prepare for a truely back to nature experience. The mill also welcomes Duke of Edinburgh's Award groups to complete expeditions in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
