LA SCUDERIA
Some rooms are simply places to sleep.
Others still remember what they once were.
The first traces of Locanda Le Giunche date back to around 1840, when this house in the Tuscan countryside had a very different life.
At that time, La Scuderia was the stable for the horses.
Today, that same space has become one of the most special rooms of the Locanda, where history and quiet comfort meet.
La Scuderia is our only ground-floor room, a detail that makes it especially easy and pleasant to live in.
It also opens onto a beautiful private garden, with sun loungers, a table and a gazebo: a secluded corner where you can read, rest, enjoy a glass of wine, or simply breathe in the stillness of the Tuscan countryside.
Almost two centuries later, its walls still tell their story.
Staying in La Scuderia is not simply about spending a night in Tuscany.
It is about experiencing a place that has preserved its soul.

Il 23 luglio la nostra arte torna in campagna.

Alle ore 20, alla Locanda Le Giunche, presenteremo due nuove opere di Gabriele Leonardi.

Due pecore, simbolo del mondo rurale e della vita di campagna, entreranno negli spazi della Locanda per affiancarsi ai galli già presenti.

Un nuovo capitolo di un racconto fatto di natura, tradizione e arte contemporanea.
Perché la Locanda non è soltanto un luogo dove mangiare e soggiornare: è una casa che continua a riempirsi di storie, incontri e bellezza.

Da oggi la Locanda Le Giunche è ancora più sicura.
Abbiamo installato un defibrillatore pubblico, a disposizione della nostra struttura e del territorio.
Un progetto nato da una serata speciale, organizzata insieme ad AttoUnico, con il sostegno di tanti amici, ospiti e aziende del territorio.
Grazie al Comune di Guardistallo per aver preso in custodia il defibrillatore e grazie a tutti coloro che hanno contribuito.
Perché l’accoglienza, per noi, significa anche cura, attenzione e responsabilità.

We have installed a public defibrillator, available for our guests, our team and the local community.
This project was born from a special evening organized together with AttoUnico, with the support of many friends, guests and local businesses.

Sognavamo una Ferrari.
Poi ci siamo ricordati che in campagna bisogna caricare vino, olio, pane, fiori, tovaglie… e ogni tanto anche qualche sogno.

Così è nata lei:
Ferrape Luce, edizione Locanda Le Giunche.

Rossa, elettrica, un po’ elegante e un po’ contadina.
Non sappiamo se farà mai da 0 a 100 in tre secondi, ma siamo abbastanza sicuri che potrebbe portare il pane caldo più velocemente di noi.

La Toscana è anche questo:
un posto dove la fantasia passa dalla strada bianca, saluta le colline e parcheggia davanti alla Locanda.

Then we remembered that, in the countryside, you need to carry wine, olive oil, bread, flowers, tablecloths… and sometimes even a few dreams.
