Da oggi la Locanda Le Giunche è ancora più sicura.
Abbiamo installato un defibrillatore pubblico, a disposizione della nostra struttura e del territorio.
Un progetto nato da una serata speciale, organizzata insieme ad AttoUnico, con il sostegno di tanti amici, ospiti e aziende del territorio.
Grazie al Comune di Guardistallo per aver preso in custodia il defibrillatore e grazie a tutti coloro che hanno contribuito.
Perché l’accoglienza, per noi, significa anche cura, attenzione e responsabilità.

From today, Locanda Le Giunche is even safer.
We have installed a public defibrillator, available for our guests, our team and the local community.
This project was born from a special evening organized together with AttoUnico, with the support of many friends, guests and local businesses.
Thank you to the Municipality of Guardistallo for taking care of the defibrillator, and to everyone who contributed.
Because hospitality, for us, also means care, attention and responsibility.

Ab heute ist die Locanda Le Giunche noch sicherer.
Wir haben einen öffentlichen Defibrillator installiert, der unseren Gästen, unserem Team und der lokalen Gemeinschaft zur Verfügung steht.
Dieses Projekt entstand aus einem besonderen Abend, den wir gemeinsam mit AttoUnico organisiert haben, mit der Unterstützung vieler Freunde, Gäste und lokaler Unternehmen.
Danke an die Gemeinde Guardistallo für die Betreuung des Defibrillators und danke an alle, die dazu beigetragen haben.

Sognavamo una Ferrari.
Poi ci siamo ricordati che in campagna bisogna caricare vino, olio, pane, fiori, tovaglie… e ogni tanto anche qualche sogno.

Così è nata lei:
Ferrape Luce, edizione Locanda Le Giunche.

Rossa, elettrica, un po’ elegante e un po’ contadina.
Non sappiamo se farà mai da 0 a 100 in tre secondi, ma siamo abbastanza sicuri che potrebbe portare il pane caldo più velocemente di noi.

La Toscana è anche questo:
un posto dove la fantasia passa dalla strada bianca, saluta le colline e parcheggia davanti alla Locanda.

We dreamed of a Ferrari.
Then we remembered that, in the countryside, you need to carry wine, olive oil, bread, flowers, tablecloths… and sometimes even a few dreams.

So here she is:

Red, electric, a little elegant and a little country.
We’re not sure it will ever go from 0 to 100 in three seconds, but we’re quite sure it could bring warm bread faster than we can.

Tuscany is also this:

When the lights go down at the Locanda…

At the end of the evening, when the last glasses have been cleared and the voices slowly fade away, the Locanda becomes silent again.

The stone walls keep the warmth of the day.
The garden falls asleep.
One by one, the lights go out.

And in that quiet moment, everything feels exactly as it should: simple, intimate, Tuscan.

La Piccionaia

Not every room needs to be perfect to be remembered.
Some rooms stay with you because of their light, their silence, their little details.

La Piccionaia is one of those rooms.

A quiet corner of our Locanda, with warm colours, old stones, a fireplace, books, handwritten memories from our guests and the simple feeling of being welcomed into a Tuscan home.

Here, mornings are slower.
The countryside is just outside the window.
And every detail tells a little part of our story.

Una porta aperta sulla Toscana

Some places do not need many words.

An open door, the scent of wood, carefully selected bottles and the Tuscan countryside gently entering the room.

Our little boutique is just like that: a small corner of Tuscany where every wine, every product and every detail tells a story of land, time and passion.

Stepping inside means taking a piece of the Locanda with you.
Not just a bottle.
A memory.

Ci sono luoghi che non hanno bisogno di parlare troppo.

Basta una porta aperta, il profumo del legno, qualche bottiglia scelta con cura e la campagna che entra piano dalla finestra.

La nostra bottega è così: un piccolo angolo di Toscana dove ogni vino, ogni prodotto, ogni dettaglio racconta una storia di territorio, tempo e passione.

Entrare qui significa portarsi via qualcosa della Locanda.

Oggi abbiamo vissuto una bellissima giornata di formazione nel nostro territorio, andando a conoscere da vicino piccoli artigiani che custodiscono esperienza, passione e tradizione.

Abbiamo visitato l’acetata di Castagneto, il Liquorificio Borsi e Caffè King: realtà diverse, ma unite dallo stesso valore del saper fare, dei sacrifici e dell’amore per il proprio lavoro.

Giornate così ci ricordano quanto sia importante dare valore a chi, ogni giorno, porta avanti progetti autentici e straordinari.

Grazie di cuore per l’accoglienza.
