Autumn in the Dolomites. ⛰️

Hike along the Toblacher Höhenweg to the Bonnerhütte, spend a night in the mountains and continue towards the Marchhütte the next day.

The Drauradweg from San Candido to Lienz starts right outside our door. All that’s left to do is hop on your bike, breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the ride.

Picked in our garden, served on your plate 🌸

Some of the flowers growing around JOAS are edible, so we pick them and use them to add a little colour to our dishes. A small detail that comes straight from the garden.

A room with a lot of history. 🤎

Our farmhouse parlour “Anno 1837” carries the warmth of wood from our old farm. A place that reminds us where JOAS comes from: traditional, cosy and full of character.

And if you want to live the real South Tyrolean experience, sit down for a “Marende” and a “Ratschale”! 😉
