🇮🇹🥁La risposta corretta al sondaggio sulla Via Francigena è...
Da secoli i pellegrini da ogni parte del mondo si mettono in cammino sulla Via Francigena chi per ritrovare sé stesso, chi per ragioni spirituali fino a raggiungere Roma, simbolo della fede.
⏳ Si tramanda che sia stata creata nel VI secolo dai Longobardi in modo da collegare Pavia, capitale del loro regno con i ducati del centro sud Spoleto e Benevento.
Solo dopo la discesa di Carlo Magno quando l’Italia venne inglobata al Regno dei Franchi la Via Francigena fu così ribattezzata per indicare la strada “che nasce in Francia” e che conduce a Roma.

For centuries, pilgrims from all over the world have set off along the Via Francigena, some to find themselves, others for spiritual reasons until they reach Rome, the symbol of faith.
⏳ It is said to have been created in the 6th century by the Lombards in order to connect Pavia, the capital of their kingdom, with duchies Spoleto and Benevento in southern Italy.
It was only after the descent of Charlemagne when Italy was incorporated into the Kingdom of the Franks that the Via Francigena was renamed to indicate the road "which originates in France" and leads to Rome.
