Morgens schon ein bisschen frischer.
Mittags nochmal richtig Sonne im Gesicht.
Und der See? Immer noch verdammt einladend.

Das Schöne am Süden Südtirols:
Der Sommer hat es meistens nicht besonders eilig, zu verschwinden.

Unser Seegrundstück hat Platz für 24 Seelen.

Keine Liegen-Schlacht.
Keine Animation.
Kein „Wo ist noch was frei?“.

Nur ein Stück See, ein Platz für dich und ziemlich viel Ruhe.

Luxus kann erstaunlich leise sein.
Our lakeside property has room for 24 souls.

No battle for sun loungers.
No organized entertainment.
No wondering, "Where is there still a spot?"

Just a stretch of lake, a spot for you, and plenty of peace and quiet.

Luxury can be surprisingly quiet.

Wer hier arbeitet und wer hier Urlaub macht, verschwimmt manchmal ein bisschen.

Spätestens beim zweiten Kaffee sind wir per Du.
Beim ersten Glas Wein wird geplaudert.
Und irgendwann fühlt sich das Ganze sowieso eher nach großer Runde als nach Hotel an.

Genau so mögen wir's.

200 Meter über dem Meer.
Weinberge rundherum.
Und mittendrin: der wärmste Badesee der Alpen.

Der Süden Südtirols kann schon ziemlich gut Sommer.

Wir hatten mit unserer Adresse wohl ein bisschen Glück.
200 meters above sea level.
Vineyards all around.
And right in the middle: the warmest swimming lake in the Alps.

Southern South Tyrol really knows how to do summer.

We certainly got a bit lucky with our location.

Vielleicht ist genau das Urlaub:

Nicht wissen, wie spät es ist.
Nicht wissen, was danach kommt.
Und auch nicht wissen, welches Glas das letzte war.

Bei uns darf der Plan ruhig mal Pause machen.
Maybe that’s exactly what a vacation is:

Not knowing what time it is.
Not knowing what comes next.
And not knowing which glass was the last one, either.

With us, it’s perfectly fine to put your plans on hold.

Zwölf Zimmer.
Und keines davon gibt's zweimal.

Das passiert eben, wenn man ein über 500 Jahre altes Bauernhaus nicht glattbügelt, sondern seine Ecken, Kanten und Geschichten einfach sein lässt.

Unsere alte Lady eben.
Ein Unikat durch und durch.
Twelve rooms.
And no two are alike.

That’s what happens when you don’t smooth over a farmhouse that’s over 500 years old, but simply let its quirks, rough edges, and stories be.

That’s our old lady for you.
One of a kind, through and through.

Urlaubsprogramm können wir.

Müssen wir aber nicht.

Vielleicht Frühstück auf der dicken Berta.
Vielleicht Surfen oder Segeln mit Markus.
Vielleicht eine Runde Golf mit Manni.

Und wenn aus „Action“ am Ende doch ein Nachmittag am See wird?
Auch gut.
We know a thing or two about holiday itineraries.

But we don’t have to stick to them.

Maybe breakfast on the *Dicke Berta*.
Maybe surfing or sailing with Markus.
Maybe a round of golf with Manni.

And if that planned "action" turns into an afternoon by the lake instead?
That’s fine, too.

Man sagt ja: Lage, Lage, Lage.

Unsere?
Ganz im Süden Südtirols.
Mitten in den Weinbergen.
Und der See direkt vor der Nase.

Ziemlich praktisch, wenn man morgens noch nicht weiß, ob man heute wandert, radelt, schwimmt – oder einfach liegen bleibt.
They say it’s all about location, location, location.

Ours?
Right in the far south of South Tyrol.
Nestled among the vineyards.
And with the lake right on the doorstep.

Pretty handy when you wake up in the morning and don’t yet know whether you’ll go hiking, cycling, or swimming—or simply stay put and relax.
