~1920 Alpin farming was practised on the alpe di Siusi
~in the 30s the alpin hut Monte Piz was converted into a shelter
~1949 was built the chairift Monte Piz
~1960 shelter Monte Piz was expanded to a guest house
~1985 Monte Piz got a swimming pool
~2000 the chairlift extended again
~2006 reconstruction of the Hotel
