In our rustic Manufactory, children become part of a tradition that has shaped alpine life for centuries. Together with our farmers, little hands discover how simple ingredients from the farm become honest food, prepare regional recipes and experience authentic alpine craftsmanship.

By churning fresh cream until it separates into rich butter and buttermilk, they witness one of nature's simplest yet most remarkable transformations.

Freshly churned, the butter is enjoyed the way it has always been best: simply spread on homemade bread, allowing its pure flavour to speak for itself.🧈
