Villa Adina is the very best place for exploring the fantastic Barolo area, with over 40 restaurants and hundreds of wine producers within a radius off 1-10 minutes’ drive. Enjoy

The house is 220 sq.m. on two floors. On the ground floor you fin

d the spacious living room and an open kitchen and a table with space for 10 people. The dining room is situated in an outside winter garden with wonderful view and a table for 12 people to sit comfortably. There is one bathroom, a laundry room and one big bedroom with a nice double bed and two bed chairs. On the second floor there is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bathroom unsuited to master bedroom with a bubble bath. All rooms in second floor have great view of the vineyards and a panoramic view of the Langhe valley. Outside there is a nice dining area just outside the kitchen, and wooden patted sundeck with a total of 8 sun beds. Swimming pool 7x3 m (not heated) + cleaning robot. The house is facing east with a fantastic sunset and sun all day.

After a long process, we got it! So nice for guests to see from the road, and hopefully not receive any more guest going to the neighbours restaurant🫣😂😂
