The Panigaccio is a tipical regional food that you can eat only here. The recept is easy: water and flour. They are cooked in smalls terracotta pots, one above the other, and then separated when they arrive to the right temperature. We eat them with ham, mortadella, and with stracchino cheese. Minestrone da Tiffany (Soup at Tiffany) is a singular restaurant with a singular host. Him and his histories are funny, the place is a little messy (as his generous host) but the price is really chip and good food.
Important: never is on menù any soup!
