Bei uns am Ferienhof Gschloier wird am Abend mit viel Liebe gekocht. Auf dem Teller landen hausgemachte Spezialitäten wie Rote-Bete-Knödel, Rosmarinbratkartoffeln mit Zucchini und saftige Spareribs – frisch zubereitet und mit Freude serviert.

Zum süßen Abschluss darf natürlich eine hausgemachte Früchteroulade nicht fehlen. Ein gemütlicher Genussmoment nach einem schönen Urlaubstag. ❤️

At Ferienhof Gschloier, our evening meals are prepared with care and passion. Our guests can enjoy homemade specialties such as beetroot dumplings, rosemary roasted potatoes with zucchini and tender spare ribs – freshly prepared and served with love.

To finish the evening, we serve our homemade fruit roulade – a sweet treat to complete a relaxing holiday day. ❤️

🌞 Familienzeit in den Bergen! 🥾💚

Heute führte unsere Familienwanderung vom Ferienhof Gschloier zum wunderschönen Latzfonser Kreuz. Gemeinsam die herrliche Natur genießen, frische Bergluft atmen und unvergessliche Momente mit der Familie erleben – genau so fühlt sich Urlaub in Südtirol an. ⛰️✨

Danke an alle, die diesen Tag mit uns geteilt haben. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Abenteuer! 😊



🌄 Escursione in famiglia al Santuario di Santa Croce di Lazfons 🥾❤️

Una splendida giornata trascorsa tra sentieri di montagna, panorami mozzafiato e momenti indimenticabili insieme. Il Santuario di Santa Croce di Lazfons ci ha regalato emozioni uniche e una vista spettacolare sulle montagne dell'Alto Adige.

Grazie a tutti gli ospiti che hanno partecipato a questa bellissima escursione. Non vediamo l'ora di vivere insieme la prossima avventura!

🌾 Heuernte – einmal anders! 🌾

Heute wurde das Heu wieder ganz traditionell eingebracht – fast wie früher. Mit viel Handarbeit, Erfahrung und Freude lebt altes Brauchtum weiter. 💚

Ein schöner Einblick in die Landwirtschaft, wie sie früher vielerorts selbstverständlich war. Wer dabei zuschaut, spürt, wie viel Arbeit und Herzblut hinter jedem Heuballen steckt.



🌾 La fienagione… come una volta! 🌾

Oggi il fieno è stato raccolto in modo tradizionale, proprio come si faceva un tempo. Con tanto lavoro manuale, esperienza e passione, le antiche tradizioni continuano a vivere. 💚

Un piccolo assaggio della vita contadina di una volta, dove ogni mucchio di fieno racconta una storia di impegno e amore per la natura.

Today we harvested the hay the traditional way, just as it was done in the past. With plenty of manual work, experience, and passion, old farming traditions are kept alive. 💚

A glimpse into country life as it used to be, where every load of hay reflects hard work and a deep connection to nature.

🍓 Heute wurde wieder fleißig eingekocht! Aus sonnengereiften Johannisbeeren ist herrlich fruchtige Johannisbeermarmelade entstanden – natürlich mit viel Liebe hausgemacht. 😊

Der Duft in der Küche, die frischen Früchte und das Gefühl, ein Stück Sommer im Glas einzufangen – genau das macht das Leben auf dem Bauernhof so besonders. Am Ferienhof Gschloier gehören regionale, hausgemachte Köstlichkeiten einfach dazu.

🍓 Oggi abbiamo preparato una deliziosa marmellata di ribes rosso fatta in casa! Con frutti maturati al sole e tanta passione, abbiamo racchiuso il sapore dell'estate in ogni vasetto. 😊

Il profumo della frutta fresca, il piacere delle tradizioni e la gioia di gustare prodotti genuini: sono queste le piccole cose che rendono speciale la vita al maso. Al Ferienhof Gschloier, autenticità e sapori locali sono sempre di casa. 🌞🥄

🍓 Today we made a delicious batch of homemade red currant jam! Made from sun-ripened berries and prepared with lots of care, each jar captures a little taste of summer. 😊
