Art at 1477 Reichhalter

Jasmine Deporta misplaces, displaces, enchants, confuses.
The photographer interprets life and stories of the house with her 35mm film camera.
Fragments of yesterday today. Be amazed like this.

Architecture has a way of telling stories. Of the people who lived here, the details that remained, and the new layers added over time. Reichhalter, right in the heart of Lana’s pedestrian zone.

Lunch tastes a little better in the warm September sun. Tables out in front of the house, with Veline serving something light from the kitchen as autumn slowly unfolds. Come by and take a seat.

From 1477 Reichhalter, the Ulten Valley is just a short journey away, leading past forests, old farmhouses and small villages deeper into the South Tyrolean mountains.

Follow the road, choose a trail and spend early autumn days walking between alpine meadows, mountain huts and quiet valleys. Back in Lana, a table at Reichhalter is waiting.

Skythos

Introducing Skythos, a distinctive red blend of Pinot Noir and Sangiovese. Spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels and left on the skins for 14 days, the w**e is then aged for three years in barrique or two years in Cigarillo in the Dolomytos Tunnel.

A characterful red shaped by time, craftsmanship and an unconventional approach to w**emaking – made for autumn evenings.

With the sun still warm and the season slowly changing, our new menu brings together the flavours of late summer and the first signs of autumn. Expect salmon trout with apple and cucumber, a tomato and beetroot variation, black cabbage risotto, a vegetable tempura – or a freshly made Topfenschmarrn for a sweet finish.
