A 2/3 km di distanza c'è il centro di Laveno Mombello, Va, un ridente paese sul lago, con tutti i servizi che offre: negozi, supermercati, traghetto verso la sponda piemontese del Lago Maggiore e battelli per le Isole Borromee, funivia verso il Monte Sasso del Ferro, stazioni ferroviarie e molto ancora. L'appartamento è un alloggio di media grandezza senza pretese, gestito direttamente dai proprietari e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. E' composto da sala con tavolo da pranzo, con due lettini singoli da mobili a scomparsa; da una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale; ampia cucina con zona pranzo, frigo/freezer, lavandino, piano cottura e forno; bagno con piccola vasca da bagno-doccia. Termo autonomo. Vengono forniti asciugamani, tovaglie e biancheria da letto. Cucina con stoviglie, posate e pentolame. L'appartamento ha in dotazione lavatrice, stendibiancheria e ferro da stiro. A 100 metri dall'appartamento ci sono parcheggi liberi e a pagamento, mentre è permesso sostare davanti all'abitazione solo momentaneamente per il carico/scarico valigie essendo una zona a traffico limitato. The apartment is located in the historic town, in a few steps you can find the swimming beaches and the lakeside promenade (Lungolago Perabò). The apartment is independent and has a nice terrace/summer dehor equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella . A few meters from the apartment there is a bar / pizzeria, a restaurant, a small grocery store, the newsstand, the ice cream shop, the church, the Museum of Ceramics, the playground, the free beach, the waterfront promenade, the sailing club. 2/3 km far there is the center of Laveno Mombello, Va, a charming village on Maggiore Lake, with all the services it offers: shops, supermarkets, ferry to the Western shore of the Maggiore Lake and boats to the Borromeo Islands, cable car to Mount Sasso del Ferro, railway stations to go to Varese and Milan and much more. The apartment is a medium-sized housing unpretentious, run by the owners and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed by a dining room with table and chairs, with two foldaway single beds; a bedroom with double bed; large kitchen with dining area, fridge / freezer, sink, stove and oven; small bathroom with bathtub-shower. Independent heating. The apartment is provided with bath towels, tablecloths and bedding. The kitchen is provided with crockery, cutlery and cookware. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothes horse and iron. At 100 meters from the apartment there are free and toll parkings. The parking is allowed in front of the house only temporarily to load / unload the luggage and the apartment front can be reached by small or medium-sized cars because we are in a old center town with small streets and footpaths.
