Tutto nasce nel nostro orto.
Raccogliamo solo ciò che la stagione dà e curiamo ogni ingrediente rispettando i tempi della natura.
Poi il pomodoro diventa piatto: cotto e crudo insieme, marinato, con il fresco del sorbetto al cetriolo e il caldo del guazzetto arrosto. Un solo ortaggio, tante consistenze.

It all starts in our garden.
We harvest only what the season gives and care for every ingredient at nature's pace.
Then the tomato becomes a dish: cooked and raw together, marinated, with cool cucumber sorbet and warm roasted guazzetto. One vegetable, many textures.
