🐝Bee Frequency – Where Art Meets Healing✨

What was once an ordinary, brown garage door has been transformed into a vibrant work of art that now welcomes everyone who visits Letto del Monte in Lettomanoppello, Abruzzo.

It has been an absolute honour to have this mural created by the incredibly talented street artist Mister Thoms , who generously shared his time, creativity, and heart to bring this vision to life.

Together, we named the piece
🐝 "Bee Frequency"—a play on words that reminds us to tune into the right frequency in life: to slow down, be present, create, connect, and appreciate the beauty around us.

He beautifully reflected both my work and my soul. The flowers become singing bowls, symbolising the sound healing sessions held here, while bees dance around them—tiny yet essential beings that gather pollen, create honey, and remind us that even the smallest acts can nourish the world.

Hidden within the mural is another deeply personal detail: a little cloud painted in memory of his beloved dog, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge after spending his final days with us. It is a quiet tribute to love that never truly leaves us.

One of the greatest gifts was that Mister Thoms invited me to paint alongside him, filling parts of the mural together. It unexpectedly brought back beautiful childhood memories of helping my own father, who was also an artist. For a moment, I felt like that little girl again, creating with wonder and joy.

This mural is more than decoration. It is a reminder that healing, art, nature, music, friendship, and love all vibrate at the same frequency when we allow ourselves to be fully present.

Today was one of those days that fills your heart.💦
An amazing hike with a wonderful group of expats to the beautiful San Giovanni Waterfall in Abruzzo. So much adventure, laughter, and nature, while reconnecting with friends I've met over the past few months and making new friendships along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who came and made the day so special—and to the talented bakers who brought the delicious cakes! You are all wonderful humans, and I'm so grateful to share these moments with you.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined Kerry & I for our beautiful wellness day in Abruzzo 💛

We spent the day soaking up the sunshine by the sea, relaxing on the beach, swimming, laughing, and enjoying the simple joy of being present in nature. 🌊☀️

Later, we moved into the peaceful woodland surrounded by majestic pine trees, birdsong, and the gentle whispers of nature. Together we shared a gentle yoga practice, meditation, and a deeply relaxing sound healing journey, allowing ourselves to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and simply be 🧘‍♀️🎶

Moments like these remind us how important it is to step away from the busyness of everyday life and return to ourselves—finding peace, balance, and connection within.

I attended a soda bread-making class a few weeks ago, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I learned so much about the bread-making process and gained a real appreciation for the skill, patience, and passion that goes into creating beautiful homemade bread.

One thing I discovered is that I'm probably not the world's best baker! I much prefer eating the bread and watching talented people create it. But that made the experience even more enjoyable, as the teachers were incredibly patient, encouraging, and supportive.

The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and friendly, making it a fantastic way to connect with other people and share an enjoyable experience together. We were even given freshly baked bread to take home, which was a lovely touch.

The price was very reasonable for everything that was included, and I would highly recommend these classes to anyone, whether you're an experienced baker or a complete beginner like me. I had such a great time and am already looking forward to bringing some of my guests along to future classes.

Thank you for such a memorable and enjoyable experience!
