The evening begins with an exclusive aperitif featuring finger food and Rafflin-Lepitre Champagne, followed by a five-course tasting menu paired with a curated selection of Premier Cru and Grand Cru Champagnes.

Guiding us on this sensory journey will be Cristian Maitan, AIS Best Sommelier of Italy 2023, who will describe each glass with passion and expertise.
