Our first spring in the garden at Tranquilea 🌸
The garden turned out to be the biggest (and most unexpected) challenge of our renovation, and it still is with many challenges…But it’s also been the most rewarding. After countless hours of deweeding, pruning, and caring for the land, seeing the flowers bloom for bees and butterflies, bringing old fruit trees back to life, and reshaping the olive trees for future harvests… it really feels like our work literally is coming to life.
And after all that hard work, we’ve been soaking it all in, heading out for hikes and unwinding by the sea.
From slow moments with the dog to garden days and coastal escapes, this is what spring looks like here.
