In the modern wing of the hotel, our suites open onto the garden through floor-to-ceiling windows — contemporary design inside a bio-built structure, where warm materials meet the light of Val di Sogno.

Here you find food cooked with care — simple, but with authentic, honest flavours. We seek out the finest ingredients of Lake Garda, and pair them with labels from exceptional wineries.

This one, from Ermacora in Friuli, is one of our favourites — a beautiful way to begin a romantic evening.

Their philosophy speaks to us: they ask of their vines only what the vines can give, nothing more. Woods and meadows protect the vineyards, and every new planting carries a thought for the next generation.
