🍏✨ In Südtirol heißt die händische Äpfelausdünnung „Zupfen“. Dabei werden die schlecht entwickelten oder überschüssigen Früchte zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger geklemmt und mit dem Daumen vorsichtig vom Stiel abgezupft. Dadurch werden größere, saftigere Äpfel und eine bessere Erntequalität erreicht! 🍎👌
