Ciao,
In Puglia there are many crowded hotspots, but also great nature reserves, dramatic caves, the oldest olive trees, medieval quarters and several hundred miles of coastline to enjoy.
And we save the best for last, the region’s star attraction, FOOD. You can enjoy fantastic food and great wine with a many typical local dishes.
Our favorites are polpette balls and fave e cicoria, a classic Puglian dish pairing a creamy, mild, soaked-and-simmered dried fava bean purée with bitter, boiled, and sautéed wild chicory.
