ITA: Villa Davima, è un'abitazione luminosa e indipendente, strutturata su un unico piano. L'ingresso è composto da un vasto giardino ben curato, che si estende tra una pineta con prato inglese, dove è possibile rilassarsi godendo del bel contesto naturale e un'altra parte attrezzata con divanetti, lettini e altri comfort, per prendere il sole immersi tra le palme che rievocano un ambiente eso
tico. L'abitazione all'esterno si presenta con un'ampia veranda ben arredata, che da acceso al luminosissimo open space interno di circa 60 m² con salotto e tavolo da pranzo in legno, rigorosamente artigianale. La cucina è completa di elettrodomestici recentemente acquistati, e di tutti gli utensili per soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri ospiti. La zona notte si presenta con un disimpegno spazioso di 30 m² che da accesso a tutte le camere, anch'esso ben arredato con due grandi armadi e una specchiera, in legno artigianale. La prima camera matrimoniale è ben arredata e accogliente, completa di tutti i comfort, compreso il bagno in camera con sanitari e pavimentazione nuovissimi. La seconda camera matrimoniale, si presenta con un arredo rustico dai colori delicati, con un meraviglioso tetto in legno. Essa si affaccia sul retro dell'abitazione, in un giardinetto privato immerso nel verde, con pavimentazione in pietra e prato inglese, per regalarvi momenti di relax e benessere. La terza camera è arredata con due letti a castello, per contenere un massimo di quattro persone, armadio e comodino, ambiente comodo e spazioso. Nella zona notte troviamo inoltre, un secondo bagno, completo di sanitari, doccia interna, specchiera e quant'altro possa servire a soddisfare le proprie esigenze. Ultima stanza della zona notte, è un ripostiglio di medie dimensioni da poter utilizzare secondo le esigenze dei nostri ospiti. Tutti gli infissi dell'abitazione sono nuovissimi, con vetri a doppia camera, garantendo un ottimo isolamento dall'esterno, creando un ambiente silenzioso e senza sbalzi termici, per sfruttare al massimo la capacità di climatizzazione elettrica interna.
-La villa è situata a 600m dall'oasi di Vendicari, con i suoi 1500 ettari che si estendono tra mare cristallino, spiagge bianche incontaminate immerse nella vegetazione e pantani dove ammirare il flusso di uccelli migratori come fenicotteri rosa. A seguire le spiagge di San Lorenzo che si alternano a scogliere con fondali meravigliosi.
-A circa 3 chilometri troviamo l'incantevole borgo marinaro di Marzamemi noto per la movida che si svolge attorno a disco pub, ristoranti, il tutto in un contesto ricco di storia e di arte.
-A 20 chilometri fiorisce la città di Noto, capitale del barocco e patrimonio dell' Unesco, dove poter ammirare lo splendore architettonico dei primi del '700.
