La struttura nasce dal sapiente recupero conservativo di una serie di case-grotte, palazzi, scale, vicoli e cortili, secondo la tipologia non comune definita "albergo diffuso". Il Resort identifica un nuovo concetto di vacanza in strutture a basso impatto ambientale, dove apprezzare la cura per il dettaglio e la qualitĂ  dei servizi offerti. Un nuovo modo per vivere e conoscere, in pieno relax, la destinazione prescelta. La struttura dispone complessivamente di 19 dimore storiche, tutte diverse fra loro, in cui sono fedelmente riproposti gli ambienti interni delle antiche case grotte, per una esperienza assolutamente indimenticabile.
